Multi-Purpose Furnace

Multi-Purpose Furnaces handle general heat treatment, drying, ashing, and materials testing across laboratory and light industrial settings. The chamber uses ceramic fibre insulation for rapid heating and cooling with minimal energy consumption, and heating elements embedded in the chamber walls for uniform temperature distribution. Temperature range from ambient to 1,100°C with PID control accuracy of ±2°C. Chamber sizes from 2 litres to 30 litres. Features include over-temperature protection with independent limit controller, annealed steel or ceramic work tray, and ventilated shell for cool-to-touch operation. Suitable for educational institutions, quality control labs, and small-scale production. Options include programmable ramp/soak controllers, data logging via USB or RS-232, observation window, and inert gas purge port.
