Mesh Belt models move products on a low-friction tile hearth with heating elements mounted on support tubes for uniform heat distribution and long service life. Removable roof sections and covers simplify maintenance. Roller Hearth models use individually driven roll sections that can be started, stopped, reversed, or oscillated independently — eliminating cumulative conveyor pressure. High-speed transfer between sections allows closely spaced workloads with atmosphere separation during door transfers. Suitable for continuous heat treatment, brazing, sintering, and annealing operations requiring consistent temperature control and repeatable cycle times.
